Some evenings are about having a good time. Others are about making a difference. At Lucky Fish Friday Night Racing, you can do both!
This October, Hollywoodbets Greyville is going pink for Pretty in Pink, a special edition of Lucky Fish Friday Night Racing celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Gather your friends, put on your favourite pink outfit, and join us for an evening of thrilling horse racing, live music, delicious food, fun activities, and feel-good moments, all in support of a meaningful cause.
Even better? Entry and parking are free, and we'll donate R50 to PinkDrive for every person who attends!
That's right. Simply showing up, enjoying the atmosphere and making memories with your favourite people can help support an organisation working to make cancer screening and early detection more accessible in South Africa.
Pretty in Pink is your chance to bring out your brightest pink looks and celebrate in style. Whether you go all out with a head-to-toe pink outfit or add a few pink touches to your look, come ready to have fun and spread some love.
Gather your friends, plan your outfits and get those cameras ready. Show off your Pretty in Pink style, because you could walk away with a fabulous prize!
From memorable photo opportunities to exciting races and plenty of reasons to smile, there's something special about spending an evening together while supporting a cause that touches so many lives.
The fun doesn't stop at the fashion. The Kickstands will bring live music to the evening, adding the perfect soundtrack to a night of racing, laughter and celebration.
Keep an eye out for Kubo, Race Coast's mascot, who will make a special appearance between 5pm and 7pm. It's the perfect opportunity to snap a few photos and make memories with your friends and family.
With more surprises in store, you can look forward to an evening where the excitement of horse racing meets great entertainment and a community coming together for something bigger than themselves.
Add a little creativity to your Friday night! At Pretty in Pink, you’ll have the chance to take part in a guided bouquet-making experience, where you can create your own beautiful floral arrangement while soaking up the evening’s atmosphere.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to plan ahead and secure your spot!
Whether you’re coming solo or bringing someone along, it’s the perfect opportunity to get creative and take home something beautiful!
Good company, exciting racing and great food? That's a winning combination!

Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying the music or cheering on your favourite horses, there's plenty to make your Friday night memorable.
While Pretty in Pink is all about having a wonderful time, there's a heartfelt reason behind the celebration.
Breast cancer affects individuals, families and communities across South Africa. Breast Cancer Awareness Month reminds us of the importance of knowing our bodies, understanding the signs and seeking medical advice when something doesn't feel right. It also reminds us to support those affected by cancer and the organisations working to make a difference.
That's why Lucky Fish Friday Night Racing is proud to support PinkDrive NPC, a proudly South African non-profit organisation dedicated to improving access to cancer screening and early detection, particularly in underserved communities.
Through its mobile health units, PinkDrive provides important screening services and cancer awareness education. Its work includes breast health examinations, mammograms, cervical cancer screening and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing for men.
These services help bring vital health resources closer to the people who need them and highlight the importance of early detection.
For every person who attends Pretty in Pink, R50 will be donated to PinkDrive.
Your attendance can help support this important work. Bring your friends, invite your family and encourage your colleagues to join you. Every person through the gates contributes to the collective effort to support cancer awareness and screening.
You don't need to do anything extraordinary to be part of something meaningful. Sometimes, making a difference starts with showing up.
Get ready for an evening of exciting horse racing, live entertainment, delicious food, great company and a whole lot of pink.
Best of all, you'll be supporting a cause that deserves our attention, compassion and collective effort.
So, dress up, show up and think pink! Bring your favourite people, enjoy a fantastic evening at the races and help make a difference, one attendance at a time.
Let's make it a night to remember, for a cause that matters.
