1.Participants must be 18 (eighteen) years or older and must hold an active LuckyFish account in order to participate in the promotion.
2.This promotion offers eligible customers a 20% (twenty percent) Bonus on qualifying deposits, allocated to a Casino Bonus wallet or a Sport Bonus Wallet.
3. This Deposit Bonus promotion will run on all successful deposits made on 23 October 2026, from 00:01 to 23:59 (1 day only).
4. The use of this Casino Deposit Bonus includes a wagering turnover grace period of 5 (five) days, valid from 23 October 2026 to 27 October 2026.
5. Participants will be given a preference of a “Sport” or “Casino Games” bonus.
5.1. Once a preference is selected, it cannot be changed for the duration of the promotion.
5.2. Only one active bonus preference may be used at a time.
5.3. The Sport Bonus preference allocates 20% of qualifying deposits to the participant's Sport Bonus Wallet.
5.4. The Casino Games Bonus preference allocates 20% of qualifying deposits to the participant's Casino Games Bonus Wallet.
6. SPORT BONUS
6.1. Sport Bonus funds can only be used for betting on Sports, Horse Racing and Lucky Numbers.
6.2. Sport Bonus funds, which will display in your Sport Bonus Wallet, plus available funds equal total funds.
6.3. Available funds (total funds excluding bonus funds) will display in your Available Wallet.
6.4. Only available funds will be used on all third-party games, Open Bets and Exotic Bets as listed in Table 8.15 of the General Terms and Conditions.
6.5. You will not be able to use Sport Bonus funds on third-party games listed in Table 8.15 of the General Terms and Conditions.
6.6. Sport bet types excluded: All two-way market bet types will not allow bonus funds to be used. For example, Both Teams to Score – Yes or No. In these scenarios, a client's available funds will be used to place the bet instead of taking a portion from available and bonus funds.
6.7. Lucky Numbers markets excluded: All one-ball selection markets and bonus ball markets are excluded from bonus fund use.
6.8. You are able to withdraw any funds displayed in your Available Wallet. Attempting to withdraw total funds, which include bonus funds, will cause the withdrawal to be declined and the bonus funds forfeited.
6.9. The 20% bonus is only applicable on deposits up to a total sum of R10,000. Once the maximum bonus of R2,000 is credited, no further deposits above R10,000 will qualify for any bonus.
6.10. Bonuses will be credited to the client's account once Lucky Fish has received the deposit and confirmation of the deposit from the relevant payment provider.
6.11. If the participant's bonus is not credited within 24 hours, the participant must send an email to hwhelpline@Lucky Fish.net with “Lucky Fish It Must Be Luck 23 Oct 2026 Sport and Casino 20% Deposit Bonus” in the subject line, along with their Lucky Fish account number, the method of depositing, proof of deposit (if applicable) and the amount deposited.
6.12. The amount deposited and bonus credited cannot be wagered on both/all markets in the same event. This includes betting on Lucky Numbers (High/Low), Powa Numba (one ball), Fafi draws, To Bat First, To Kick Off First, or any markets related to an event of this sort as deemed by Lucky Fish in its sole discretion.
6.13. The amount deposited and the bonus credited must be turned over (staked) once at the following odds:
6.14. 15/10 (1.5 decimal) or above on horseracing bets.
6.15. 6/1 (6.0 decimal) or above on soccer and sports bets.
6.16. 6/1 (6.0 decimal) or above on Lucky Numbers bets.
6.17. If the odds are lower, then only available funds may be used to place the bet.
6.18. The bonus component of each bet is calculated as follows:
6.19. Bonus spent = (stake / total funds balance) × bonus funds balance.
6.20. When a horse racing bet is placed at odds under 15/10, only the available amount will be allowed to wager. The same will apply to a soccer or other sports bet placed at odds less than 6/1. Similarly, for Lucky Numbers bets, if the odds are less than 6/1, only available funds will be used in the bet. Bonus funds will not be available for use at odds below those stipulated above. An error message will display when placing the bet.
6.21. Stakes placed on Open Bets and Exotic Bets will not be considered for the turned-over amount.
6.22. Any participants suspected to be in breach of points 9, 10, 16, 17 or any clause will have their bonus revoked.
6.23. Any participant considered, by Lucky Fish in its sole discretion, to be in breach of any clause shall forfeit all winnings accrued from bets taken with the bonus funds prior to the bonus being revoked.
6.24. Lucky Fish will not be responsible for any losses that are incurred as a result of action taken under point 6.23 above.
6.25. Betting on multiples is permitted, subject to the odds of the multiple exceeding the odds stipulated in points 6.14 and 6.15.
7. CASINO BONUS
7.1. A 20% (twenty percent) bonus amount will be unlocked upon successful completion of the wagering requirements.
7.2. Only one Casino Bonus Card will be awarded at a time. Once the Casino Bonus Card has been completed, the next card in order will become active.
7.3. The maximum Casino Games bonus amount is R2,000 (two thousand rand).
7.4. Examples:
7.5. Bonus funds will be allocated to the Casino Bonus Wallet and shall remain locked until wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The deposit amount will then be allocated to the Available Wallet.
7.6. The bonus is subject to a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement.
7.7. The wagering requirement is calculated as follows:
Wager Requirement = Qualifying Deposit × 10, with Effective Stake calculated as Stake × Game Contribution Percentage.
7.8. Only bets placed on eligible casino games will contribute towards wagering requirements.
7.9. Game contribution percentages are as follows:
7.10. Upon completion of wagering requirements, bonus funds will be transferred to the participant's Available Funds balance.
7.11. Once transferred to Available Funds, such funds shall remain subject to standard withdrawal rules, verification checks and any applicable cash turnover requirements.
7.12. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotion period and the applicable grace period.
7.13. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering at expiry shall result in forfeiture of the bonus.
7.14. Expired bonuses shall not be reinstated.
7.15. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Bonus funds shall have no cash value until fully unlocked.
7.16. The following may result in disqualification, bonus revocation and/or forfeiture of winnings:
7.17. Casino Games Bonuses are processed on a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) basis, meaning only one Active Casino Bonus Card is present as per clause 7.2 in these terms and conditions.
7.18. The sum of the deposit and the bonus must be turned over in full before a withdrawal may be made. However, a withdrawal of any winnings over and above this stipulated sum is permitted.
8. Syndicate betting is strictly prohibited. Participants found to have duplicate accounts or attempting to create duplicate accounts will have any bonuses and resultant winnings removed from all associated accounts.
9. Participants suspected of working together to circumvent any clause contained in these Terms and Conditions shall have their bonuses revoked, winnings forfeited and may be excluded from future promotions. Furthermore, an administration fee equal to 10% (ten percent) of the deposited amount may be charged.
10. Any withdrawal request made prior to meeting wagering requirements shall result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
11. Lucky Fish reserves the right to monitor individual betting patterns and may revoke any bonus at its sole discretion. Lucky Fish shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the participant.
12. Lucky Fish reserves the right to exclude or disallow certain account holders from receiving the bonus at its sole discretion.
13. Lucky Fish reserves the right to request FICA documentation from any customer, for any reason, prior to awarding any promotional bonus.
14. Lucky Fish reserves the right not to award any bonus where irregular activity is identified on an account.
15. Lucky Fish and its authorised agents reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or terminate the promotion or any aspect thereof at any time without prior notice. Participants acknowledge that they shall have no claim against Lucky Fish arising from such actions.
16. The promotion is intended for recreational purposes only. Any abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification and exclusion from future promotions.
17. By participating in the promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
