How to Withdraw – Lucky Fish

Your soccer multiple come in? Did you score a big win while playing online slots? Happy days – it’s time for you to withdraw and enjoy your winnings! Here's everything you need to know about withdrawing from your Lucky Fish account.

First Things First – Update Your Banking Details

The first thing you’ll need to do is update your banking details. It’s still useful to do this even if you’re not planning on withdrawing your winnings using a direct deposit into your account right now. That’s because there are limits to how much you can withdraw using Cash Send, Instant Money, Seni-iMali and eWallet - more on this later. To update your banking details, click on the profile button on the right of the yellow “Deposit” button. Select the “My Banking Details” tab. Enter your baking details before clicking save. You’ll be prompted to enter an OTP which will be sent via SMS. You’ll need the following details on hand: - Your bank - Name of the account holder - Account number - Branch code (this is filled in automatically)

Finding the Withdrawal Portal

Now that your banking details are saved to your account, you can go ahead and navigate to the withdrawal portal. To do so, click the profile button again and click on “Withdrawal” - doing so will open a page that will present with several withdrawal methods along with a window and field for you to enter the amount you want to withdraw.

Withdrawing from your Lucky Fish Account

Time to withdraw those winnings! You have several options here. You can either have the funds directly deposited into your chosen bank account via EFT or you can collect cash from ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank or FNB ATMs. 1. Log into your Lucky Fish account; 2. Navigate to the withdrawals portal; 3. Select your withdrawal method; 4. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw; 5. Click “SUBMIT”

EFT

If you choose the EFT option, we’ll deposit your funds directly into your bank account. Make sure that your banking details are accurately recorded. They will appear in yellow text above the yellow “SUBMIT” button. EFT withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours of you request but are also subject to banking ours and the usual electronic settlement delays.

ABSA – Cash Send

ABSA’s Cash Send facility lets you collect your winnings from any of their ATMs countrywide. With Cash Send, you will receive two SMS messages. One with a 10-digit reference number and one with a six-digit unique PIN. You will need both to complete your withdrawals at the ATM.

Standard Bank – Instant Money

Withdraw your winnings from any Standard Bank ATM around South Africa with Instant Money. Here you’ll receive a voucher and a PIN via SMS. You can then process your withdrawal at a Standard Bank ATM or selected retailers.

Nedbank – Send-iMali/MobiMoney

Nedbank’s Send-iMali allows you to withdraw from Nedbank ATMs as well as selected retailers. You get an SMS message with a PIN that you need to use along with your cellphone number to complete the transaction.

FNB - eWallet

You can withdraw from FNB ATMs using the bank’s eWallet facility. You’ll receive a notification from FNB. Dial *120*277# to get your PIN to withdraw from an FNB ATM.
