Customers stand a chance to win bonus multipliers based on their winnings or free spins.

1. The Wicked Wins promotion runs from 28 October 2026 to 1 November 2026 at 23:59 and is available on selected Halloween-themed slot games.
2. To take part in the Wicked Wins promotion, you must join or opt in through any of the participating games. Once you have joined or opted in, you will qualify for the entire promotion.

4. By opting in to the Wicked Wins promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
5. To qualify for a random prize, you must place real-money spins at any bet stake, subject to the game-specific minimum bet requirements, on any participating game. Each such spin is a “Qualifying Bet”. You must also collect all three configured symbols, as described below.
6. A symbol may be randomly triggered on each Qualifying Bet, with a maximum of one (1) symbol awarded per Qualifying Bet. The configured symbols are a pumpkin, a ghost and a candy.
7. The symbols are used solely to determine eligibility for a random prize. You must collect all three (3) symbols to qualify. No prize, reward or other benefit is awarded for collecting only one (1) or two (2) symbols.
8. Once you collect a symbol, you can continue playing and collecting symbols on subsequent Qualifying Bets until you complete the set of three (3).
9. Once you have collected all three (3) symbols, the screen will display a selection of chests. Select one (1) chest to open and reveal your random prize.
10. Prizes will be awarded either as a multiplier of the winning bet stake (multiplier × bet stake), subject to a maximum bet stake of R20 for prize calculations, or as twenty (20) or ten (10) free spins (“Free Spins”).

11. Free Spins must be used in the same game in which the prize was won, at the same bet stake used to win the prize. If the winning bet stake exceeds R20, the Free Spins will be awarded at R20 or, if that stake is unavailable, at the next higher available bet stake.
12. Free Spins will become available shortly after they are awarded. If they do not appear immediately, you may need to refresh the game.
13. Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days of being awarded. If they are not claimed or used within this period, they will expire and be forfeited.
14. If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (“Bonus Buy”) in a participating game, any prize will be awarded before entry into the Free Spins feature and will be calculated based on a fixed bet stake of R20 per spin, regardless of the cost of the Bonus Buy.
15. If you place a special bet, such as an “Ante Bet” or “Super Spin”, the prize awarded will be based on a fixed bet stake of R20 per spin.

20. By participating in the competition, you agree:

Lucky Fish and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition, including any prizes that have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reason and without notice. In such an event, you waive any rights or expectations you may have against Lucky Fish or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will have no recourse or claim of any nature against them.
22. By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that their information will be collected by Lucky Fish in accordance with its Customer Privacy Notice.
23. Every entrant participating in the competition is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these Terms & Conditions by virtue of their participation.
24. By entering or participating in the competition and/or accepting a prize, entrants, participants, users and/or winners indemnify, release and hold harmless Lucky Fish, including its subsidiaries, associated companies and affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors, against any actions, claims or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense or damages of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the competition, the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, or participation in or non-participation in a prize-related activity.
