TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants must be 18 years or older, must hold an active Lucky Fish account and have not previously completed a deposit to participate in the promotion.
2. Accounts created before 1 March 2026 will not be eligible for the First Time Deposit Bonus.
3. This promotion offers eligible customers a 100% First Time Deposit Bonus on the user's First Ever deposit.
4. This Deposit Bonus promotion will run on the user's First Ever Deposit made on 28 August 2026 onwards.
5. Lucky Fish and its authorised agents reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or terminate the promotion or any aspect thereof at any time without prior notice. Participants acknowledge that they shall have no claim against Lucky Fish arising from such actions.
6. The use of this Casino Deposit Bonus includes a wagering turnover grace period of 7 (seven) days, valid from the date of the user's First Deposit.
7. The bonus is available to clients playing selected Casino Games only.
8. A minimum deposit of R100 (one hundred rand) is required to qualify.
9. A 100% bonus amount will be awarded upon successful completion of the wagering requirements.
10. The maximum bonus amount is R1,000 (one thousand rand).
11. Example:
    • First Time Deposit R100 → Bonus R100
    • First Time Deposit R1 000 → Bonus R1 000
    • First Time Deposit R5 000 → Bonus capped at R1 000
12. Bonus funds will be allocated to the Casino Bonus Wallet and shall remain locked until wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The deposit amount will then be allocated to the available wallet.
13. The bonus is subject to a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement.
14. The wagering requirement is calculated as follows: Wager Requirement = Qualifying Deposit × 20 (twenty), with Effective Stake calculated as Stake × Game Contribution Percentage.
15. Only bets placed on eligible casino games will contribute toward wagering requirements.

17. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Bonus funds shall have no cash value until fully unlocked.
18. Upon completion of wagering requirements, bonus funds will be transferred to the participant's Available Funds balance.
19. Once transferred to Available Funds, such funds shall remain subject to standard withdrawal rules, verification checks and any applicable cash turnover requirements.
20. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotion period and the applicable grace period.
21. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering at expiry shall result in forfeiture of the bonus.
22. Expired bonuses shall not be reinstated.
23. The following may result in disqualification, bonus revocation and/or forfeiture of bonus:
    1. Low-risk betting strategies;
    2. Abuse of game features;
    3. Attempting to manipulate wagering requirements;
    4. Any irregular or suspicious activity.
24. Syndicate betting is strictly prohibited. Participants found to have duplicate accounts or attempting to create duplicate accounts will have any bonuses and resultant winnings removed from all associated accounts.
25. Participants suspected of working together to circumvent any clause contained in these Terms and Conditions shall have their bonuses revoked and may be excluded from future promotions. Furthermore, an administration fee equal to 10% (ten percent) of the deposited amount may be charged.
26. Any withdrawal request made prior to meeting wagering requirements shall result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
27. Lucky Fish reserves the right to monitor individual betting patterns and may revoke any bonus at its sole discretion. Lucky Fish shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by the participant.
28. Bonuses are processed on a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) basis.
29. Only one active bonus may be used at a time.
30. Lucky Fish reserves the right to exclude or disallow certain account holders from receiving the bonus at its sole discretion.
31. Lucky Fish reserves the right to request FICA documentation from any customer, for any reason, prior to awarding any promotional bonus.
32. Lucky Fish reserves the right not to award any bonus where irregular activity is identified on an account.
33. The promotion is intended for recreational purposes only. Any abuse of the promotion may result in disqualification and exclusion from future promotions.
34. By participating in the promotion, participants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
35. Self-excluded punters shall not be permitted to participate in this promotion.
36. Players may be informed of an active Promotion through in-game messaging, banners, dialogs, or other promotional notifications.

38. By participating in the competition, you agree:

Lucky Fish and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Lucky Fish or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Lucky Fish or its authorised agents.

41. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Lucky Fish (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
